Caregiver Availability:

• Full Time - Part Time - Permanent - Temporary
• Full Service - Live in or Live out
• 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Duties May Include:

• Assist with medical orders for daily care
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
• Dental and oral hygiene care
• Incontinence care
• Assist patient with transferring
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication reminders
• Meal planning, including special dietary needs
• Meal preparation, including grocery shopping
• Light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, dusting
• Assist with pet and houseplant care
• Accompany client outside home
• Doctor visits
• Advocate for client’s physical, mental, and emotional safety and well-being
• Communicate with family and patient

The caregiver may be your employee or an independent contractor depending on the relationship you have with him or her. If you direct and control the manner and means by which the caregiver performs his or her work you may have employer responsibilities, including employment taxes and workers' compensation, under state and Federal law.
